Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία Customer Care Agent για την παροχή υποστήριξης ασθενών και συνεργατών. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ορθή καταχώρηση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών, καθώς και για την επικοινωνία με πελάτες και εσωτερικά τμήματα.

Βασικά καθήκοντα:

  • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών ασθενών και συνεργατών
  • Ενημέρωση φακέλων πελατών και τήρηση αρχείων
  • Επικοινωνία με ασθενείς και συνεργάτες για την καταγραφή αιτημάτων και την παροχή πληροφοριών
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα πωλήσεων και τα αρμόδια τμήματα για την ομαλή διεκπεραίωση των αιτημάτων
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση ζητημάτων που προκύπτουν κατά τη διαδικασία παραγγελιών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Επιθυμητό πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκηση ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση ή στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ και αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλον με αυστηρά χρονοδιαγράμματα
