We specialize in delivering high-quality medical audit and TPA services to both public and private healthcare institutions, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance across the system.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Associate Manager / Manager to lead both Accounting and FP&A functions for Accurate's public sector projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence across our healthcare initiatives. The Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner, driving financial performance and supporting decision-making processes

Fixed-term (2 years) contract with potential for permanent conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure robust financial governance and compliance across Accurate's public sector projects.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Build and manage P&L statements, ensuring accurate cost allocation and margin analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and support audit readiness for public contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (local and regional teams) and external partners to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement financial best practices.
• Serve as business partner with internal (local and regional) and external stakeholders to help guide Accurate's financial strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A or financial management roles, ideally within multinational organizations.
• Proven experience in managing P&L statements and financial planning processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI etc).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.

Contract: initial 2-years contract (with great possibility for transformation into permanent), full-time, hybrid (2/3 days from the office)
