Technology Delivery Manager

Technology Delivery Manager,

As a Technology Delivery Manager you will:
  • Manage the implementation of large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline and budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • Lead the hiring, scaling and development of the delivery team by building the necessary skills to meet project demands and future growth while supporting team members through coaching and mentorship.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolving challenges and ensuring resources are effectively allocated to deliver results.
  • Track delivery performance, analyze delivery metrics and implement targeted process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison for client engagements, addressing specific needs and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience managing the delivery of large-scale IT projects or services.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire, mentor and scale high-performing teams to meet evolving project needs.
  • Solid technical knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and relevant concepts to effectively support and oversee project delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in Public Sector related projects would be advantageous.
