About the Role

As our
Channel Sales Manager
, you'll be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers. You'll lead channel initiatives, expand market coverage, and ensure our partners thrive with Hikvision's cutting-edge solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key channel partners in
    Greece and Bulgaria
    .
  • Identify and onboard new distributors and resellers.
  • Deliver product presentations and support tender processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive partner success.
  • Work with Finance to resolve potential credit issues and keep accounts in good standing
  • Provide market insights and contribute to strategic planning.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in security or tech.
  • Strong understanding of video surveillance and access control solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region, especially to Greece and Bulgaria, to support partners and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
