We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Channel, Reseller & Services Business Analyst, to support our Channel Sales Organization.

The role is based out of Athens, Greece and will be working in close collaboration with the Channel leadership team of the SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

Within the SEMEA Channel Sales team the role will be focusing on Reseller GTM and Services initiatives.

Job scope/summary:

  • Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization.
  • Assists in conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Supports the formulation of statistical and financial models for forecasting and helps in defining KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Access tools and retrieve reports with data sets, focused on partner profiling, sales and budgets, as well as market size information.
  • Perform research and analysis project, support the team through planning and project initiatives.
  • Create structures which will enable the analysis of the data points, facilitate business tracking, reviews and executive decision making (diagrams, charts, summary, etc.).
  • Work in close cooperation with the channel leadership team in the region and countries in business reviews. Create presentations and relevant data analysis charts.
  • Analyze and verify requirements and feedback received for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility.
  • Work in a matrix organization and interact across different countries and business units.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

  • Data and business analysis to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management.
  • Statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting.
  • Definition of metrics required to measure business performance, and compares actual data to forecasted values.
  • Market research and intelligence on current industry, technology, competition, and consumer trends.
  • Communication of the plan and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or any other related discipline obtained not more than 1 year ago.
  • Internships, practical projects through your studies or work experience around business analysis, modeling, verification could be an asset but not mandatory requirement.

Other requirements:

  • Fluency in English, writing and speaking.

    Knowledge of additional languages will be considered but not required.
  • Project management for self (prioritization, deliverable management) and team collaboration (sharing of information, providing instructions) could be an asset but not mandatory requirement.
  • Ability to work with big inflow of information, analyze, prioritize tasks, take action.

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI; Statistics; Thought Leadership.
  • Data Analysis and visualization.
  • Business Strategies and competitive intelligence.
