Ο ρόλος
:

Πολιτικός Μηχανικός Εργοταξίου

Οι αρμοδιότητες
:

  • Διαχείριση  εργοταξίου (προετοιμασία, επιθεώρηση ασφαλείας, αποθήκευση υλικών, κ.λπ.)
  • Διαχειριση υπερ-εργολάβων.
  • Πιστοποίηση προόδου εργασιών.
  • Προετοιμασία καθημερινών αναφορών.
  • Παρακολούθηση της παρουσίας των εργαζομένων και αξιολόγηση των επιτευγμάτων του σχεδίου.
  • Λήψη εικόνων του εργοταξίου.
  • Έλεγχος παραδοτέων.
  • Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας του εργοταξίου και της τήρησης των προτύπων ασφαλείας.
  • Εντοπισμός και επίλυση προβλημάτων επί τόπου.
  • Έλεγχος κοινωνικής ασφάλισης για όλους τους εργαζόμενους.
  • Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας των εργασιών σε όλα τα στάδια.
  • Παραγγελίες υλικών επί τόπου.

Τα προσόντα
:

  • Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
  • Προυπηρεσία 2 + ετη θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
