About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional
Tele meeting Agent
to support our growing real estate team in Cyprus Limassol by managing inbound/outbound calls, scheduling appointments, nurturing leads, and providing exceptional client communication. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable speaking with homeowners, buyers, and sellers, and can maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and past clients to schedule property tours, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential buyers and sellers, providing information and routing them to the appropriate real estate agent.
  • Maintain an organized schedule of appointments and follow-ups.
  • Update the CRM with call notes, lead status, and appointment details.
  • Build rapport with clients to encourage engagement and trust.
  • qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in
    real estate
    ,
    telemarketing
    , or
    customer service
    preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
    English + Greek is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and call-management tools.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
