αφοσιωμένο και δυναμικό Μηχανικό Πωλήσεων – Σύμβουλο Υποστήριξης Πελατών
για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας.


Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Παρέχεις
    εξυπηρέτηση και υποστήριξη πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου
    , προσφέροντας άμεσες και αποτελεσματικές λύσεις.
  • Προωθείς και πωλείς προϊόντα, προσαρμόζοντας τις προτάσεις σου στις ανάγκες κάθε πελάτη.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι την
    παραγγελιοληψία
    και παρακολουθείς την πορεία των προσφορών μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση της πώλησης.
  • Συμβάλλεις στην επίτευξη των στόχων της ομάδας.


Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Πτυχίο σε
    Μηχανολογία
    ,
    Αυτοματισμούς
    ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • 2–3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε
    εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
    ή
    τεχνικές πωλήσεις
    , ιδανικά σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον.
  • Γνώση
    ERP συστημάτων.
  • Άριστη χρήση
    Microsoft Office 365
    (Excel, Word, Outlook κ.ά.).
  • Πολύ καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα
    Αγγλικά
    (γραπτά και προφορικά).

  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα κατανόησης αναγκών πελατών.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης απαιτητικών περιστάσεων με ηρεμία και επαγγελματισμό.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και διάθεση συνεργασίας.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και θετική στάση.
