Corfu
and play a pivotal role in driving our group business success. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven
remote
MICE Sales Manager to strategically target, acquire, and manage large-scale MICE accounts worldwide.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while focusing on the exciting Greek market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive MICE sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets and occupancy goals for the hotel
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new MICE business from national and international markets (corporate, association, and agency accounts)
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong, long-term relationships with key MICE decision-makers, professional conference organizers (PCOs), and corporate travel managers
  • Stay current on MICE market trends, competitive analysis, and networking opportunities to position the hotel effectively
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract finalization, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and client needs
  • Work closely with the hotel's on-site General Manager and Revenue/Reservations team to ensure seamless communication and successful execution of all secured events

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience focused primarily on the MICE segment, preferably within a 5-star/luxury hotel environmen
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a pipeline effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting
  • An established, relevant network within key MICE source markets (e.g., UK, Germany, USA, etc.) is a significant advantage
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in another major European language (e.g., German, French) is a plu
  • A track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals and a strong understanding of revenue management principles
