Role Description

Anchor Travel Group is seeking
a skilled professional with experience
in the maritime industry to manage ticket bookings for
crew members and captains

working with shipping companies

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping Agent, located in Psikhikón, ATTICA, Greece. The Shipping Agent will handle shipping and receiving operations, manage freight logistics, and coordinate export and import activities. Daily tasks include preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and managing inventory levels related to shipping activities. The Shipping Agent will also provide support in monitoring shipment statuses and resolving any discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shipping, Shipping & Receiving, and Freight
  • Knowledge of Export and Import procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and shipping management tools
  • Experience in the maritime travel sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
