Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team on a long-term basis. This role will support our busy dermatology clinics, with on-site responsibilities at our Athens location and remote collaboration with our London clinic.

1. Ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic to a high professional standard.
2. Manage incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
3. Coordinate with insurance providers for patient authorizations and claim follow-ups.
4. Issue invoices and handle payment processing.
5. Support and contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns through team collaboration.
6. Promote additional clinic services to existing patients.
7. Work closely with doctors and clinic management to optimize appointment scheduling and time efficiency.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service; previous experience in a medical setting is a strong asset.
2. Fluency in English is essential – ability to understand and communicate clearly across various accents. Native or bilingual speakers are preferred.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail, critical thinking, and coordination.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite and professional manner.
6. Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
7. A trustworthy, proactive, and reliable personality.
