to join our team. This role is available for our
winter operation (mid-October to end of December)

Our Story

The story of the Belvedere Hotel begins in the 1920s, when the Campanis family would host friends and visitors from abroad at
Villa Stoupa
, their summer residence that soon developed a reputation as a Mykonian oasis. In 1969, Sofia Ioannidou-Campanis began renting out the villa and a year later, Italian-American painter Piero Aversa adopted it as his summer sanctuary. Known for his lavish dinners and outgoing personality, his guests were a mixture of socialites, artists, and politicians who left their mark on the island. In 1995, Villa Stoupa was transformed into the Belvedere Hotel, combining its glamorous past with contemporary luxury.

About the Role

As a Front Office / Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment of booking through to their stay with us. You will handle reservations, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and support the daily operations of the Front Office, all while delivering the warm and professional service that defines the Belvedere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Provide accurate information about rates, availability, and hotel facilities
  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and billing processes
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist in handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records in the PMS system and ensure smooth communication with the Reservations and Front Office team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS/Opera or similar) will be considered an asset
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
