to join our leadership team. The position is available for our
winter operation (mid-October to end of November)
as well as
from February 2026 onwards

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced
Front Office Manager from a renowned 5-star hotel
looking to step up into a senior leadership role, or for a professional who already holds a
Director of Rooms/Guest Services position
at a leading luxury hotel internationally.

Our Story

The story of the Belvedere Hotel begins in the 1920s, when the Campanis family would host friends and visitors from abroad at
Villa Stoupa
, their summer residence that soon developed a reputation as a Mykonian oasis. In 1969, Sofia Ioannidou-Campanis began renting out the villa and a year later, Italian-American painter Piero Aversa adopted it as his summer sanctuary. Known for his lavish dinners and outgoing personality, his guests were a mixture of socialites, artists, and politicians who left their mark on the island. In 1995, Villa Stoupa was transformed into the Belvedere Hotel, combining its glamorous past with contemporary luxury.

About the Role

The
Director of Rooms & Guest Experiences
will oversee and coordinate all guest-facing operations except Food & Beverage, including Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Guest Transport (Drivers & Valet), Security, Spa, and Retail. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will deliver operational excellence while curating distinctive experiences that embody Belvedere's boutique-luxury identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple guest-facing departments to ensure seamless service
• Inspire and manage teams in Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Transport, Security, Spa, and Retail
• Maintain the highest standards of personalized service in line with Belvedere's brand values
• Design and implement strategies to elevate the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure
• Support Sales & Marketing in enhancing guest experience and reputation management
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency while upholding luxury standards
• Personally handle VIPs and ensure that guest needs are consistently anticipated and exceeded
• Recruit, train, and mentor managers and frontline staff to build a culture of excellence

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a
  Front Office Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel
  , ideally with international exposure, ready to step into a senior leadership role; or
• Current
  Director of Rooms / Guest Experience leader
  at a luxury 5-star property worldwide
• Strong operational expertise across Rooms, Reservations, and Guest Services
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are highly valued)
• Professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic planning and daily operations
