Responsibilities

  • Διαχείριση προμηθειών: Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών προμηθειών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της επιχείρησης με οικονομικά και ποιοτικά προϊόντα
  • Ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με προμηθευτές: Διαπραγμάτευση συμβολαίων με νέους και υπάρχοντες προμηθευτές, εξασφαλίζοντας τους καλύτερους όρους συνεργασίας
  • Προγραμματισμός παραγγελιών: Έγκαιρη και ορθολογική τοποθέτηση παραγγελιών για την κάλυψη των αποθεμάτων σύμφωνα με τις προβλέψεις της ζήτησης
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων: Συνεχής παρακολούθηση των αποθεμάτων, διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι ποσότητες παραμένουν σε βέλτιστα επίπεδα για την αποφυγή ελλείψεων ή υπερβολικού στοκ
  • Βελτιστοποίηση εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας: Συντονισμός της αλυσίδας προμηθειών, από την παραγγελία έως την τελική παράδοση, εξασφαλίζοντας την αποδοτικότητα και την αποτελεσματικότητα των διαδικασιών
  • Έλεγχος και διαχείριση κόστους: Καταγραφή και ανάλυση του κόστους προμηθειών και logistics, με στόχο τη μείωση των εξόδων και την αύξηση της κερδοφορίας
  • Οργάνωση αποθήκης: Σχεδιασμός και εποπτεία διαδικασιών με αξιοποίηση σύγχρονων τεχνολογιών, για την βέλτιστη διαχείριση και απόδοση της λειτουργίας αποθήκευσης
  • Οργάνωση μεταφορών: Σχεδιασμός και επίβλεψη των logistics της εταιρείας για τη σωστή και έγκαιρη μεταφορά εμπορευμάτων
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων: Χρήση εργαλείων ανάλυσης δεδομένων για την παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των προμηθειών και των logistics, καθώς και τη λήψη τεκμηριωμένων αποφάσεων
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα: Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τμήματα όπως πωλήσεων, και αποθήκης για τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας της επιχείρησης
  • Αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων: Άμεση επίλυση προβλημάτων που σχετίζονται με τις προμήθειες, τις αποθήκες και τις μεταφορές, για να αποφευχθούν καθυστερήσεις ή δυσλειτουργίες

Requirements

  • Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση προϊσταμένου προμηθειών ή logistics
  • Πτυχίο ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγοράς προμηθειών και logistics
  • Δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης και στρατηγικής σκέψης
  • Οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες
  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης συστημάτων ERP και MS Office
  • Αρίστη γνώση αγγλικών
