Logistics & Supply Chain Officer

Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα

Έναρξη: Οκτώβριος ή και νωρίτερα

Αμοιβή: Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο, ανάλογα με την εμπειρία και τα προσόντα

Καθήκοντά σας θα είναι:

  • Συντονισμός με μεταφορικές εταιρείες για κρατήσεις και παρακολούθηση αποστολών
  • Έλεγχος και επιβεβαίωση παραγγελιών για ακρίβεια και πληρότητα
  • Ενημέρωση και διαχείριση Excel αρχείου με εκκρεμείς παραγγελίες
  • Προετοιμασία packing lists, δελτίων αποστολής και επιβεβαιώσεων παραγγελίας
  • Συλλογή και αρχειοθέτηση αποδεικτικών παράδοσης
  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με την αποθήκη για διαχείριση αποστολών και προτεραιοτήτων
  • Χρήση του Entersoft (ή αντίστοιχου ERP)
  • Υποστήριξη σε γενικές εργασίες logistics και διοικητικές ανάγκες
  • Έλεγχος δελτίων αποστολής για συμφωνία με του όρους του MyData

Τι Αναζητούμε:

  • 1–2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε logistics, εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα ή παρόμοιο αντικείμενο
  • Εξοικείωση με το Entersoft ERP ή παρόμοιο σύστημα – πολύ καλή χρήση Excel
  • Άνεση στην επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, μεταφορικές και την αποθήκη
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προληπτική στάση και ικανότητα multitasking
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Πρακτική σκέψη και διάθεση για μάθηση
