Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supply chain activities to optimize inventory levels and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor order progress and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
  • Conduct inventory analysis to identify and address potential supply issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and processes.
  • Support procurement activities by providing accurate demand forecasts and inventory reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics, prefferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.
