Supply Chain Security Manager

To drive the rollout of our Supply Chain Security Management System and enable our Third Party Risk Management across critical suppliers, we are hiring a Supply Chain Security Manager. In this role, you will interface with internal Stakeholders and Suppliers to define, negotiate, drive implementation of, and audit, security requirements of u-blox towards it's critical suppliers.

As part of the Corporate Security, Continuity & Risk Management department, you will closely collaborate with other security managers and experts in the u-blox Corporate Security Organization and stakeholders in other functions to develop, continuously improve, and ensure implementation of security policies and standards.

Your Responsibilities,

• Support Supply Chain Security across all functions
• Define and roll out Supply Chain Security policies, processes and standards
• Interface with the Information Security Manager, Product Security Manager and other internal stakeholders to identify Security Requirements towards suppliers, and drives inclusion of these in contracts and work orders
• Identify and assess internal and external Supply Chain Security Threats and Risks with relevance for u-blox Products, Services, Information Assets and IT Systems, support Security Manager, Product Security Manager and other internal stakeholders with definition of mitigations, reviews implementation and reports residual risks & KPIs to the Corporate Security Manager and Corporate Security Steering
• Interface with Suppliers, Certification Bodies, Customers and other external Stakeholders regarding Supply Chain Security Requirements, Threats, Vulnerabilities, and Incidents
• Drive identification and resolution of supply chain / sourcing security issues
• Support the CSO and Business Continuity Manager in addressing Supply Chain Continuity risks and customer requests
• Coordinate the Supply Chain Security Horizontal Team to ensure stakeholder involvement in definition, rollout and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Security Processes and Standards

Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience,

• Hands on experience in Security-related roles, with specific experience related to supplier-security
• Degree in Computer Science or Comparable Fields, specific security certifications and / or knowledge of common supply chain security standards (e.g. ISO28000) and regulations (AEO, C-TPAT, TAPA) would be a plus (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP…)
• Previous experience in project management, communication, negotiating, training and coaching, and handling conflict situation
• An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
• Ability and willingness to travel globally up to 10% of time
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written, German and/or Chinese would be a plus
