Superbo is seeking a Presales Support Engineer to join our high-performance team and support presales engagements across BFSI, Telco, and other complex industries. This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture, business understanding, and solution storytelling.

You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to design and present tailored AI agentic solutions—built on our Fabric framework.

Superbo is building cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that simulate real employees—capable of acting autonomously or assisting human teams across voice and text channels. We focus on delivering true omnichannel experiences for the BFSI sector and beyond.

This is mainly a hybrid role, with the need to both work-from-home (WFH) and visiting of customer premises.

What you will do:


• Participate in client-facing presales engagements with Sales and Solution Consulting teams


• Own the technical qualification, discovery, and demo process for prospective customers


• Customize demo environments and configure our AI Agents to meet specific demo use cases


• Design solution architectures that align with customer goals without violating the core product architecture


• Translate business needs into logical flows, API calls, and agentic capabilities using our no-code/low-code configuration framework


• Provide detailed answers to technical questions from IT and innovation teams (e.g., data privacy, integration patterns, scalability, etc.)


• Create diagrams and architecture overviews that articulate how Superbo's platform integrates into the customer's stack


• Identify required backend integrations, RAG sources, and prompt adaptations, ensuring feasibility


• Support proposal development and ensure alignment between sales promises and technical delivery


• Continuously provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on real-world client interactions

What you must have:


• Solid technical background, ideally with 3–5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, business analysis, or customer-facing architecture roles


• Experience working with or around AI/ML platforms, especially LLMs, RAG, and prompt-driven systems


• Familiarity with prompt engineering, JSON/XML/YAML configuration, and the structure of agentic or multi-agent systems


• Ability to translate business objectives into AI agent flows and integration blueprints


• Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns (REST, webhook orchestration, auth flows, data models)


• Experience in at least one core industry (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy)


• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and customer communication skills


• Ability to engage with both senior technical audiences and business stakeholders


• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance flexibility and product constraints


• Comfort operating in Agile, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities


• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
