Order & Operations Coordinator

Location: Marousi, Athens

Kalotaranis S.A., a company with 100 years of history in design and interior solutions, is looking for an Order & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that connects Sales, Warehouse, Suppliers, and Accounting, ensuring a smooth order flow from first request to final delivery.

Responsibilities


• Manage customer orders and liaise with suppliers for availability, lead times, and product reservations.


• Perform customer balance checks and coordinate with Accounting for financial clearance prior to shipment.


• Enter and track orders in the ERP (Entersoft).


• Prepare and verify costing (purchase – sale – freight).


• Issue invoices and coordinate with the Loadings/Logistics team.


• Collaborate with the Warehouse for delivery planning and backlog control.


• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding order status updates.

Candidate Profile


• Experience in order management, operations, or supply chain roles.


• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.


• Good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Entersoft) and MS Office (especially Excel).


• Good command of English (written & spoken).


• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
