Στην Uplevel Marketing, αναζητούμε έναν επικοινωνιακό, μεθοδικό και προσανατολισμένο στα αποτελέσματα Sales & Account Manager για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας.

Πρόκειται για μια θέση-κλειδί, που απαιτεί ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης, κατανόηση των πραγματικών αναγκών των επιχειρήσεων και ικανότητα να εκπροσωπείς υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσίες marketing.

Ως Sales & Account Manager θα:

  • Επικοινωνείς καθημερινά τηλεφωνικώς με εισερχόμενους υποψήφιους πελάτες που έχουν ήδη εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον (10 με 20 τηλεφωνήματα την ημέρα).
  • Παρουσιάζεις τις λύσεις και τα συστήματα της Uplevel Marketing, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες κάθε επιχείρησης.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι και αναπτύσσεις το υπάρχον πελατολόγιο, εντοπίζοντας ευκαιρίες για upsell & βελτίωση απόδοσης.
  • Συμμετέχεις ενεργά σε meetings στρατηγικής και βελτιστοποίησης της εμπειρίας των πελατών.

Αναλυτικά, προσφέρουμε:

  • Σταθερό Καθαρό Μισθό 1.000€ – 1.200€/μήνα

Με δυνατότητα αύξησης ανάλογα με την απόδοση και την εξέλιξή σου στην ομάδα.

  • Επιπλέον 10% Προμήθεια επί των Πωλήσεων

Ο μέσος συνεργάτης μας λαμβάνει περισσότερα από 500€/μήνα σε προμήθειες, ενώ οι κορυφαίοι ξεπερνούν τα 1.500€ – 2.000€ επιπλέον το μήνα.

  • Καθημερινή Ροή Inbound Leads

Δεν θα χρειαστεί ποτέ να "κυνηγήσεις" πελάτες. Παρέχουμε σταθερή ροή έτοιμων επαφών που έχουν εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον.

  • Σύγχρονο Περιβάλλον Εργασίας & Εργαλεία

Προσφέρουμε εξοπλισμό – Macbook & iPhone, πρόσβαση σε προγράμματα CRM, συστήματα AI, εκπαιδευτικά εργαλεία και οργανωμένη υποστήριξη.

  • Εκπαίδευση & Mentoring

Από την πρώτη ημέρα λαμβάνεις καθοδήγηση και πρακτική εκπαίδευση σε πωλήσεις, διαχείριση πελατών και ψηφιακό marketing.

Μετράμε την απόδοση με διαφάνεια και παρέχουμε δυνατότητα εξέλιξης σε senior θέση.

  • Δυνατότητα Μερικής Τηλεργασίας
