Αναζητούμε έναν Studio/Production Manager με πάθος για την οργάνωση, τον συντονισμό και την αποδοτικότητα των τηλεοπτικών και digital παραγωγών μας.

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση του στούντιο, την εποπτεία των δημιουργικών και τεχνικών ομάδων και τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής ροής όλων των παραγωγών.

Θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τον Director, την ομάδα παραγωγής, την ομάδα ΙΤ και το post-production, ώστε κάθε εκπομπή να παραδίδεται με άψογη ποιότητα, στον σωστό χρόνο και εντός προϋπολογισμού.

Καθήκοντα / Αρμοδιότητες

  1. Οργάνωση & Προγραμματισμός

Δημιουργία και τήρηση του production schedule (γυρίσματα, μοντάζ, uploads).

Συντονισμός cameraman, φωτιστών, editors, γραφιστών και παρουσιαστών.

Διαχείριση slots στούντιο και έλεγχος της ημερήσιας ροής.

  1. Διαχείριση Ομάδας

Καθορισμός ρόλων ανά εκπομπή και διασφάλιση συνεργασίας ομάδων.

Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη νέου προσωπικού (βοηθοί παραγωγής, interns).

Διαχείριση προκλήσεων ή συγκρούσεων μεταξύ μελών της ομάδας.

  1. Τεχνική Υποστήριξη & Υποδομή

Καθημερινός έλεγχος εξοπλισμού (κάμερες, φωτισμός, ήχος).

Διασφάλιση backup εξοπλισμού και σωστής λειτουργίας του στούντιο.

Ενημέρωση και συντήρηση software / hardware συστημάτων.

  1. Παραγωγή & Workflows

Επίβλεψη της διαδικασίας από γύρισμα έως upload (shoot → ingest → edit → QC → upload).

Δημιουργία τυποποιημένων διαδικασιών λειτουργίας (ΤΔΛ) και επίβλεψη χρήσης τους από την ομάδα.

Συντονισμός με post-production για την τήρηση deadlines.

  1. Οικονομική Διαχείριση

Εύρεση τρόπων εξοικονόμησης πόρων (cost optimization).

Συνεργασία με παραγωγούς για προβλέψεις και αναφορές κόστους.

  1. Quality Control

Έλεγχος τελικών επεισοδίων (εικόνα, ήχος, γραφικά, copyright).

Διασφάλιση συνέπειας στο branding (λογότυπα, intro/outro, thumbnails).

  1. Reporting & Analytics

Επίβλεψη τήρησης αρχείων από την ομάδα για την παρακολούθηση κόστους ανά εκπομπή και διαχείριση budget από το εταιρικό BI.

Παρακολούθηση παραγωγικής απόδοσης και χρόνων παράδοσης.

Συνεργασία με το marketing για YouTube analytics (watch time, retention, CTR).

Υποβολή προτάσεων βελτίωσης βάσει δεδομένων.

  1. Στρατηγικός Συντονισμός

Συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση για νέες παραγωγές, τεχνολογίες και διαδικασίες.

Συμμετοχή στον μακροπρόθεσμο σχεδιασμό ανάπτυξης του στούντιο.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Προϋπηρεσία 3+ ετών σε ρόλο MANAGER παραγωγής, post-production ή broadcast περιβάλλον.
  • Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση ομάδας και συντονισμό πολλών projects παράλληλα.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Καλή γνώση τεχνικού εξοπλισμού στούντιο και ροών παραγωγής.
  • Εξοικείωση με editing / streaming software (Premiere, VMix, OBS, YouTube Studio).
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης γρήγορων αποφάσεων.
