Περιγραφή θέσης:

Ο/Η Accountant-Assistant Payroll Manager συμβάλει υποστηρικτικά στις διαδικασίες προσλήψεων/απολύσεων καθώς και στη διατήρηση αρχείων. Επιπρόσθετα, ασχολείται με τη συγκέντρωση των ημερομισθίων, την έκδοση της μισθοδοσίας, καθώς και την ενημέρωση του ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Πραγματοποιεί τις διαδικασίες που απαιτούνται για την πρόσληψη/αποχώρηση των εργαζομένων του Ομίλου (έκδοση Ε3-Αναγγελία Πρόσληψης, Ε5-Αναγγελία Αποχώρησης κ.λπ.).

  • Συλλέγει και ελέγχει τα ημερομίσθια των εργαζόμενων των τμημάτων, παρακολουθώντας το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα ωρομέτρησης προσωπικού.

  • Ασχολείται με την προετοιμασία, τον έλεγχο και την έκδοση της μισθοδοσίας μέσω του λογισμικού μισθοδοσίας (EpsilonNet).

  • Ενημερώνει το πληροφοριακό σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ για τις ώρες εργασίας του προσωπικού, την απασχόλησή τους την Κυριακή, κ.λπ..

  • Παρακολουθεί τις άδειες, τις ασθένειες και τις απουσίες των εργαζομένων και τηρεί το ανάλογο αρχείο.

  • Εφαρμόζει τους κανονισμούς της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας για την τήρηση των υποχρεώσεων απέναντι σε δημοσιές υπηρεσίες και ασφαλιστικά ταμεία.

  • Διενεργεί στατιστικές αναλύσεις αναφορικά με το εργατικό κόστος.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος/η ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε τμήμα Λογιστικής/ Οικονομικών Επιστημών ή παρόμοια κατεθύνση.

  • Μεταπτυχιακό στο αντικείμενο της Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών, Χρηματοοικονομικής κ.λπ. θα μετρηθεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν.

  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
