Τι αναζητούμε:

Επαγγελματία με:

  • Ελάχιστη
    5ετή εμπειρία
    σε demanding ρόλους εξυπηρέτησης (B2C, e-commerce ή marketplaces)
  • Ικανότητα να
    διαχειρίζεται σύνθετες υποθέσεις και escalations
    με ηρεμία, σαφήνεια και αποτελεσματικότητα
  • Αντίληψη και αυτονομία
    : γνωρίζει πότε να πάρει πρωτοβουλία και πότε να ζητήσει καθοδήγηση
  • Ταχύτητα στην
    κατανόηση και απομνημόνευση πολιτικών, διαδικασιών και case studies
  • Εμπειρία σε
    διαχείριση ερωτημάτων μέσω social media, app reviews, Google reviews κ.ά.
  • Δυνατότητα
    δημιουργίας templates, FAQ άρθρων και καθοδήγησης junior συναδέλφων

ή για άτομα χωρίς εμπειρία σε απαιτητικά customer-facing περιβάλλοντα.

Τι θα χειρίζεσαι

:

  • Ερωτήματα σχετιζόμενα με τη χρήση της πλατφόρμας (account, αγγελίες, αγορές/πωλήσεις)
  • Διαχείριση λόγων παύσης/απόρριψης αγγελιών
  • Αναφορές τεχνικών προβλημάτων και bugs
  • Διαχείριση επιστροφών, πιστώσεων και αμφισβητήσεων συναλλαγών
  • Αντιμετώπιση σχολίων/αξιολογήσεων σε
    social media, Google Play, Apple Store
  • Δημιουργία και βελτιστοποίηση
    template απαντήσεων, οδηγιών και flows

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

:

  • Εμπειρία σε ρόλους με KPIs, SLAs και real-time πίεση
  • Άριστη γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία στα ελληνικά και επαγγελματικά αγγλικά
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα CRM και πλατφόρμες ticketing
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα και γρήγορη μάθηση
  • Δυνατότητα να εργάζεσαι οργανωμένα, χωρίς micromanagement
