one of Greece's leading industrial companies in printing and packaging, is currently seeking to hire a
a highly skilled and motivated
Quality Assurance Manager
to join our team.

Purpose:

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.


Responsibilities:

  • Study, develop and document the Quality System according to ISO 9001: 2015 ensuring continuous improvement
  • Supervise the implementation of the system in all processes of the company, monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report to the Management, proposing improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product quality and performance
  • Identify potential risks, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actions
  • Represent the company in quality-related matters with third parties (e.g., clients, consultants, certification bodies)
  • Document Control
  • Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
  • Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master will be considered as an asset)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality management or assurance. (10+ years strongly preferred).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (or other proof of fluency)
  • Experience with MRP/ERP will be considered an asset
  • Ability to lead teams and support professional development

Working Conditions:

  • Indefinite Employment Agreement
  • Full time
  • 5 day work: Monday-Friday
