Research Associate – Healthcare Management & Health Policy

Η CMT Prooptiki αναζητά συνεργάτη/ιδα για τη μελετητική της ομάδα, που δραστηριοποιείται στους τομείς
οργάνωσης και διοίκησης υπηρεσιών υγείας, καθώς και της πολιτικής υγείας
. Ο/Η νέος/α συνεργάτης/ιδα της ομάδας θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στη
συγγραφή και επιμέλεια επιστημονικών και τεχνικών κειμένων
, στο πλαίσιο μελετών, αξιολογήσεων και αναλύσεων στον χώρο της υγείας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Συγγραφή μελετών, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις και τα χρονοδιαγράμματα.
  • Συλλογή, ανάλυση και σύνθεση ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών δεδομένων για την τεκμηρίωση προτάσεων πολιτικής.
  • Παρακολούθηση επιστημονικών εξελίξεων και τάσεων πολιτικής υγείας σχετικών με την οργάνωση και διαχείριση υπηρεσιών υγείας.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε επιστήμες υγείας, κοινωνικές επιστήμες, οικονομικά, διοίκηση ή άλλο συναφές πεδίο.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος (ολοκληρωμένος ή σε εξέλιξη) σε διοίκηση υπηρεσιών υγείας, πολιτική υγείας, δημόσια υγεία, οικονομικά της υγείας ή άλλο συναφές πεδίο.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Word, PowerPoint και Excel.
  • Πολύ καλή ικανότητα συγγραφής και επιμέλειας επιστημονικών κειμένων στα Ελληνικά και τα Αγγλικά.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία στη συγγραφή μελετών, reports, ακαδημαϊκών άρθρων ή/και συνεδριακών παρουσιάσεων.
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία ανάλυσης και συγγραφής (π.χ. SPSS, NVivo, εργαλεία υποστήριξης συγγραφής κειμένων, κ.λπ.).
  • Εμπειρία ή εξοικείωση με την οργάνωση και την πρακτική λειτουργία δημόσιων μονάδων υγείας.
  • Συμμετοχή σε μελέτες ή έργα χρηματοδοτούμενα από εθνικά ή ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα.
  • Διδακτορικός τίτλος σε συναφές πεδίο θα εκτιμηθεί, χωρίς να αποτελεί προϋπόθεση.
