The consulting firm Health Through Evidence is recruiting an associate to join our multidisciplinary, growing team that will be responsible for managing multiple Health Economics and Outcomes Research projects such as: health economic models' development and adaptation, submissions to Health Technology Assessment (HTA) agencies, as well as evaluation of real-world evidence and outcomes data. As a Health Economics and Outcomes Research associate, you will lead relevant field research to support healthcare decision-making, policy development, and market access strategies. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for clients, successfully project managing and delivering projects to expected quality, timelines and budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:

Develops and adapts HTA compliant Health Economic Models (budget impact models, cost-effectiveness models etc.) across a variety of therapeutic areas.

· 
Conducts primary and secondary research, primarily to source the required inputs to health economics analyses and support submission to HTA bodies.

· 
Manages all aspects of planning, organizing, reviewing, and executing projects in different disease areas that may run concurrently.

· 
Produces supporting documentation for models such as user guides, posters, manuscripts, technical reports, as well as designated documentation for submissions to reimbursement bodies.

· 
Manages client interactions and outreach to ensure exceptional client satisfaction through to the final deliverable.

· 
Completes models and documents according to agreed-upon timelines and follows up with the study team as needed to meet internal and external timeline commitments.

· 
Suggests or identifies changes, modifications, and improvements to the document preparation and the model development/adaptation processes in order to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Understands the functions and roles within the study team and aligns with them in delivery of documents to meet project-related goals and to meet external results disclosure obligations.

Qualifications:

Education, Professional Skills & Experience

Master's or PhD in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.

· 
Significant experience in the hands-on design, construction, and adaptation of Health Economic models from within a consultancy, the pharmaceutical industry or a relevant academic environment.

·  
Significant experience of Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.

·  
Significant experience in literature and primary research with key opinion leaders.

·  
Excellent computer skills and skilled with client templates; highly skilled with document management systems and other relevant applications.

Experience in interacting with cross functional study team members.

Personal Skills & Competencies

· Mu
st have a thorough knowledge of the perspectives and evidence needs of the numerous stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making, including payer, HTA body and regulators particularly for Greece.

Read, write and speak fluent English; excellent verbal and written communications skills.

·  
Knowledge of statistical analysis/modelling software such as SAS, STATA, or R would be advantageous.

Competent to work independently with minimal supervision, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure; adapt to change as needed; possess excellent project management skills; attentive to details.

Competent to communicate with teams to set realistic timeline expectations; demonstrated ability to deliver within agreed internal and regulatory timelines; monitor and communicate progress against milestones; escalate complex issues appropriately.

Demonstrated ability to document information effectively in written English, including the ability to produce reports, documents, emails and other written pieces that are appropriately adjusted to the characteristics and needs of the audience.

Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and influencing skills; able to facilitate the resolution of conflict among team members and clients, through listening and understanding the cause(s), gaining agreement on an appropriate course of action, and following up to ensure a successful outcome.
