Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Customer Advisor for International Airline will be:

  • Assist customers in the use of the company's services
  • Provide professional customer service and technical support over the phone and emails
  • Answer and solve client inquiries
  • Guarantee clients satisfaction and high level of quality
  • Ensure and participate in the success of the department

  • You are a native German speaker with advanced business English
  • You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help
  • You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
  • You are able to work in fast-paced environments
  • You are a real team player and enjoy working in multicultural environments
