Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers using premium home technology products. Whether it's guiding product usage, resolving technical issues, or ensuring a smooth after-sales experience, you'll help clients feel confident and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance via phone, chat, and email
Help customers with product guidance, troubleshooting, and warranty claims
Document support interactions accurately while meeting quality standards
Maintain a helpful, solution-focused tone with every inquiry
Stay informed about evolving product features and updates
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
