About the RoleAre you a native or fluent Italian speaker looking to start your career in customer support? Join our team in Athens, where you'll assist customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2 ).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- No prior experience required—entry-level candidates are welcome
