In the context of expanding our team, we are looking for a proactive Civil Engineer for our company's Private Building Projects.

The role concerns an engineer with expertise in coordination and supervision of construction and maintenance works, in collaboration with the management team.

The aim of the civil engineer is to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety standards and project timelines as dictated by procedures, company policy, and contractor agreements
.

Location: Athens

Main Responsibilities:

§ On-site inspections and reports on the progress of each project, ensuring construction and materials comply with the design and quality standards.

§ Coordinates the results of on-site and laboratory quality tests and geometric inspections.

§ Prepares quantity surveys.

§ Participates in the processing, and management of each project's timeline, ensuring timely execution at all implementation phases.

§ Prepares and submits monthly progress reports and relevant recommendations to management to avoid deviations from the project timeline.

§ Develops and maintains an effective cooperation and communication framework among all work teams and stakeholders.

§ Handles tasks at public services and organizations (e.g., Urban Planning Office, Social Security Fund etc)

Required Qualifications:

§ University degree in Civil Engineering.

§ At least 3 years of overall professional experience.

§ A postgraduate degree in design or project management is considered a plus.

§ Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.

§ Knowledge of project management software is considered a plus.

§ Experience in construction or supervision of building facilities (1–3 years).

§ Professional engineering license.

§ Availability to stay at the project location.

§ Driver's license and private vehicle or motorcycle.

§ Strong communication skills, team spirit, and collaborative mindset.

§ Adaptability and critical thinking.

§ Good knowledge of the English language.
