Back Office Assistant
to join a team that takes pride in responsibility, collaboration, and long-term client trust.

Responsibilities

  • Management of individual and group life & health insurance policies.
  • Entry and monitoring of insurance claims.
  • Premium control and payment tracking.
  • Processing of employee changes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.).
  • Communication with insured individuals to resolve inquiries and outstanding issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a back-office or insurance-related administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • High level of accountability and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Methodical approach and comfort with repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
