Περιγραφή θέσης

Responsibilities

  • Έλεγχος ακρίβειας δεδομένων στο λογιστικό σύστημα και έκδοση τιμολογίων
  • Αποστολή υπενθυμίσεων και επικοινωνία με πελάτες για καθυστερημένες οφειλές ή αιτήματα
  • Αντιμετώπιση ερωτήσεων και παραπόνων πελατών
  • Καταχώριση παραστατικών.
  • Συμφωνία υπολοίπων προμηθευτών
  • Τακτική αναφορά δραστηριοτήτων στη διοίκηση

Requirements

  • Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ, Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής
  • Εμπειρία 1-2 ετών σε λογιστήριο ή/και σε εμπορικό τμήμα
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office, ειδικά Excel
  • Ακρίβεια, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα

Good to have

  • Επιθυμητή γνώση ERP (ιδανικά SAP).
