Responsibilities

Έλεγχος ακρίβειας δεδομένων στο λογιστικό σύστημα και έκδοση τιμολογίων

Αποστολή υπενθυμίσεων και επικοινωνία με πελάτες για καθυστερημένες οφειλές ή αιτήματα

Αντιμετώπιση ερωτήσεων και παραπόνων πελατών

Καταχώριση παραστατικών.

Συμφωνία υπολοίπων προμηθευτών

Τακτική αναφορά δραστηριοτήτων στη διοίκηση

Requirements

Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ, Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής

Εμπειρία 1-2 ετών σε λογιστήριο ή/και σε εμπορικό τμήμα

Καλή γνώση MS Office, ειδικά Excel

Ακρίβεια, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα

Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα

Good to have

Επιθυμητή γνώση ERP (ιδανικά SAP).
