Υπεύθυνο Τμήματος Διαγνωστικών.

Αρμοδιότητες και καθήκοντα για τη θέση:

  • Οργάνωση και συντονισμός της ομάδας διαγνωστικών χειριστών και οπτομετρών
  • Καθορισμός και παρακολούθηση των εβδομαδιαίων προγραμμάτων εργασίας
  • Διασφάλιση της ομαλής ροής των ασθενών και της συνεργασίας με την επιστημονική και διοικητική ομάδα
  • Εποπτεία της σωστής τήρησης των πρωτοκόλλων εξέτασης και της ποιότητας / εγκυρότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών
  • Αξιολόγηση απόδοσης προσωπικού, εκπαίδευση νέων συνεργατών και συνεχής επιμόρφωση της ομάδας
  • Υποστήριξη της επιστημονικής - ιατρικής ομάδας στη διάγνωση μέσω παροχής ακριβών και ολοκληρωμένων - τεκμηριωμένων μετρήσεων
  • Λήψη ιστορικού και προετοιμασία ασθενών
  • Χειρισμός διαγνωστικών & απεικονιστικών συστημάτων (εξετάσεις, μετρήσεις & προεγχειρητικοί έλεγχοι ασθενών)
  • Βαθμονόμηση (calibration) οφθαλμολογικού εξοπλισμού και troubleshooting (όπου απαιτείται)
  • Χειρισμός πλατφόρμας Laser διαθλαστικών επεμβάσεων
  • Παράλληλος χειρισμός πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και μηχανογραφημένων εφαρμογών (PMS, CRM, EMR)
  • Project management / εφαρμογή action plans

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο / Δίπλωμα ΑΕΙ, ΑΤΕΙ, ΙΕΚ πληροφορικής, ηλεκτρονικού, μηχανικού, ιατρικών εργαστηρίων, οπτικού / οπτομέτρη ή άλλου σχετικού πεδίου
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ
  • Ηγετικές δεξιότητες, συνέπεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
  • Υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης, δημιουργικότητα, κριτική ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
  • Εργασία σε κυλιόμενο πρόγραμμα, χωρίς νυχτερινό ωράριο
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση ευθύνης ή συντονισμού ομάδας θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα
