Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a support technician, located in Thessaloniki with opportunities for remote work. The primary responsibilities include offering technical support via on-site and remote troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing printing equipment, and ensuring workflow optimization for clients. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction through proactive solutions and training.
Qualifications
- Technical skills including troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and understanding of digital and mechanical systems
- Experience with workflow systems and familiarity with optimizing operational processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing clear instructions and customer service
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues
- Fluency in Greek and professional knowledge of English is essential
- A degree or certification in engineering, electronics, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in the printing industry or related technical sectors is considered an asset
- Willingness to travel within Greece for on-site client support
