Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

  • Manage employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Coordinate the monthly payroll process in collaboration with our external partners.

  • Administer employee benefits, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.

Administration & Accounting

  • Handle day-to-day office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

  • Provide support for basic accounting and financial tasks as required.

  • Contribute to administrative projects, including reporting and budgeting.

  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team that encourages new ideas and professional growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Max 2-5 years of professional experience in Accounting department.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting.

  • A good understanding of HR best practices, payroll procedures, labor law and accounting.

  • Good Level in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
