Payroll Associate

Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Payroll Associate που θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού για την υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας μισθοδοσίας και τη διαχείριση καθημερινών αιτημάτων εργαζομένων που αφορούν τη μισθοδοσία και τις παροχές.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία και εκτέλεση της μηνιαίας μισθοδοσίας
  • Συλλογή και καταχώρηση δεδομένων μισθοδοσίας (μισθοί, άδειες, υπερωρίες, επιδόματα)
  • Υποβολή ηλεκτρονικών εντύπων στο Π.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και υποστήριξη στην ΑΠΔ
  • Επικοινωνία με εργαζόμενους για απαντήσεις σε απλά ερωτήματα μισθοδοσίας
  • Παρακολούθηση αλλαγών σε ωράρια, άδειες και λοιπές μεταβολές
  • Υποστήριξη στην έκδοση αναφορών και στη συμφωνία στοιχείων
  • Συμμετοχή σε projects βελτίωσης μισθοδοσίας και HR συστημάτων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Λογιστική ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • 1–2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλο μισθοδοσίας ή HR administration
  • Καλή γνώση εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας (ΑΠΔ, ΕΡΓΑΝΗ)
  • Καλή γνώση ERP συστημάτων μισθοδοσίας (SAP επιπλέον προσόν)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Excel
  • Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Διακριτικότητα στη διαχείριση εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας με προθεσμίες και προσαρμογή σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.
