Position Summary

We are looking for a creative Web & Digital Designer to take on the design and visual experience of our web projects (eshops & websites). Your creations should be eye-catching & achieve their goals

As a Web & Digital Designer you will:

  • Design and implement modern, user-centered layouts for websites and eshops.
  • Build and organize content through effective information architecture to ensure clarity and usability.
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation, governance, and upkeep of a design system
  • Collaborate closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Optimize design for usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Translate business needs and brand guidelines into engaging design solutions.
  • Deep expertise in UX/UI design principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Stay informed about web design trends, UX/UI best practices, and new tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or portfolio in web design projects (websites & eshops).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Xd or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, detail orientation, and creativity.
  • Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment will be considered a strong plus.

Will be considered as a plus

  • Familiarity with WordPress / WooCommerce or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to better communicate with developers.
  • Motion design or interactive prototype skills.

  • Academic Studies in Design or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years' experience in similar field
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Familiar with the latest trends and best practices in design
  • Work in a fast-paced and adjust under deadline pressure
  • Proficient knowledge of English language
