Role Description

We're looking for mid-senior designers to join our team full time or on a project basis. We'd love to meet you, if you combine hands-on branding expertise with a digital-first mindset, and are able to work across creative websites, landing pages, and/or brand identity projects — translating strategy and narrative into cohesive visual systems and experiences.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in branding and digital design
  • Portfolio that reflects strong branding and/or digital design skills
  • Excellent skills  in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A brand designer with a digital-first mindset; or a digital designer with a sensitivity to branding
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across platforms
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Familiarity with motion, prototyping, or interactive design principles will be considered a plus.

Depending on your particular skillset, you will:

  • Lead branding and/or web design projects end-to-end
  • Develop brand identities, typographic systems, color palettes, and visual languages
  • Translate brands into digital environments — websites, landing pages, digital assets
  • Participate in client reviews, presenting and articulating design decisions with confidence
  • Work closely with our in-house team and our broader network of creatives
