Η Apply2day αναζητά, εκ μέρους πελάτη της —ηγέτη στον κλάδο του Retail— έναν δυναμικό και φιλόδοξο επαγγελματία για την κάλυψη της θέσης Assistant Store Manager. Πρόκειται για κατάστημα κορυφαίας ιταλικής μάρκας, που βρίσκεται στο The Mall Athens. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα συμβάλλει καθοριστικά στην ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία του καταστήματος, υποστηρίζοντας ενεργά τον Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Υποστήριξη και στενή συνεργασία με τον Store Manager για την ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών που ενισχύουν τις πωλήσεις και την παραγωγικότητα.

  • Παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και θετική στάση.

  • Συμμετοχή σε μεγάλες παραλαβές προϊόντων, καθώς και στην οργάνωση της αποθήκης, την καταμέτρηση και την τακτοποίηση.
  • Διαχείριση ταμείου, έκδοση αποδείξεων/τιμολογίων, έλεγχος και κλείσιμο ημέρας.
  • Χειρισμός Tax Free διαδικασιών για πελάτες εξωτερικού.
  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της ομάδας για την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων.
  • Ανάπτυξη εις βάθους γνώσης των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας, με στόχο την αποτελεσματική προώθησή τους.
Requirements

  • Τουλάχιστον 4 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον τομέα των πωλήσεων ή σε θέση Assistant Store Manager, ιδανικά στον χώρο της ένδυσης ή των αξεσουάρ.

  • Ελάχιστο επίπεδο εκπαίδευσης: απόφοιτος Λυκείου.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εμπειρία στη χρήση ταμειακών συστημάτων.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και πωλησιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός.
  • Ευγενική και προσιτή προσωπικότητα με αυτοπεποίθηση και θετική ενέργεια.
