Required Qualifications

Graduate of a culinary school

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position

Knowledge of HACCP procedures

Experience in fine dining / gastronomic kitchens

Passion for culinary arts and creativity

Leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate the kitchen team in collaboration with the Executive Chef

Participate in the planning and development of menus

Ensure the quality, consistency, and impeccable presentation of dishes

Train and mentor kitchen staff
