Peakaxe Group is looking for a sharp, motivated
Sales Executive
with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. If you've already built a solid sales foundation and are now looking to elevate your impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct industry and account-level research to identify high-potential prospects, especially within the maritime sector (a bonus if you already know this space)
  • Lead structured outbound campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and build rapport
  • Qualify leads by diving into business needs, pain points, and buying processes
  • Set and manage discovery calls and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and ensure seamless transitions from prospecting to the closing stages
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales team members to refine messaging and outreach strategies

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales, SDR, or business development experience, preferably in a high-velocity or SaaS environment
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
  • Maritime industry experience is a plus, but not required
