as consulting Firm, operating in Greece and 104 countries globally, is seeking for a

RECRUITER to join our HR Department.

Your main accountabilities:

 Talent Sourcing: Find candidates through various channels (job boards,

social media, databases) and build talent pools.

 Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand specific job

requirements and hiring goals.

 Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings,

assess skills, and present qualified candidates.

 Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a

positive experience and handling background/reference checks.

 Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and assist with

the onboarding process.

 Strategy & Administration: Develop recruitment strategies, post job

descriptions, and maintain records in the HR CRM.

Qualifications:

 Proven working experience as Recruiter

 People oriented and results driven

 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

 Degree in Human Resources (Bachelor or MBA)

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.

 Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices.

 Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
