Έχοντας αποκτήσει εμπειρία δεκαετιών στους τομείς της νομικοτεχνικής διαχείρισης και συντήρησης ακινήτων, οι βασικοί συντελεστές του εγχειρήματος δημιουργήσαμε το κοινό επιχειρηματικό μας σχήμα, μέλος του Group NM Advisors. Από το 2021 η NM Properties κινείται δυναμικά στο χώρο της διαχείρισης χαρτοφυλακίων ακινήτων, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες υψηλού επιπέδου σε μεγάλους οργανισμούς και ιδίως Τραπεζικά Ιδρύματα.

Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας:

Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης, αναζητούμε να εντάξουμε στην ομάδα μας Στέλεχος Τμήματος Προσωπικού/ Recruiter.

Ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα έχει ως βασική αποστολή την ανεύρεση, αξιολόγηση και προσέλκυση νέων συνεργατών (επιλογή προσωπικού), συμβάλλοντας ενεργά στη διαμόρφωση μιας ισχυρής και αποτελεσματικής ομάδας επαγγελματιών ακινήτων.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες:

  • Αναζήτηση, εντοπισμός και προσέλκυση υποψηφίων συνεργατών μέσω online& offline καναλιών ή μέσω εργαλείων sourcing (LinkedIn, πλατφόρμες εργασίας, networking κ.α.)

  • Δημιουργία και δημοσίευση αγγελιών σε συνεργαζόμενα jobportals, socialmedia και στο εταιρικό site

  • Screening βιογραφικών και αξιολόγησή τους βάσει αρμοδιοτήτων θέσης και εταιρικού οργανογράμματος και συντονισμός των Projects Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (εκπαίδευση, έρευνες κ.λπ.)

  • Παρουσίαση των επαγγελματικών ευκαιριών και των πλεονεκτημάτων συνεργασίας με την NMPROPERTIES

  • Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση ενεργειών στρατολόγησης και προβολής, καθώς και συμμετοχή σε Recruiting / HR Events

  • Οργάνωση και εκτέλεση της διαδικασίας συνεντεύξεων με υποψηφίους με διαχείριση της διαδικασίας επιλογής (Teams Meetings, συνεντεύξεις, αξιολόγηση, onboarding)

  • Συνεργασία απευθείας με τη διοίκηση για τον καθορισμό και την επίτευξη στόχων ανάπτυξης της ομάδας

  • Συλλογή των απαραίτητων στοιχείων & εγγράφων πρόσληψης / καταχώρηση των στοιχείων εργαζομένων σε λίστες (Αρχεiα soft και hardcopy)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

-Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Διοίκησης -Επιχειρήσεων ή Διαχείρισης Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων ή Management. -Μεταπτυχιακό στα ανωτέρω θα συνεκτιμηθεί ως πλεονέκτημα.

-Εργασιακή εμπειρία 3 έως 7 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση εταιρείας

-Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες (Multitasking)

-Καλή χρήση Η/Υ & Excel & Social Media, καθώς και γνώση πλατφορμών CRM
