We're now looking for a
Sales / Recruitment Team Lead
to join our Athens office — a motivated professional who can combine commercial drive with hands-on recruitment experience and leadership potential.

Your Role

As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants while actively driving business growth. You will balance
client acquisition
,
account management
, and
team coaching
to ensure consistent delivery performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of recruiters and business developers.
  • Drive new client acquisition through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines (Tech, Commercial, or other verticals).
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand client portfolios and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Track team KPIs and ensure targets related to placements, revenue, and pipeline activity are met.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with management to define goals, incentives, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in
    360° recruitment
    or
    B2B sales
    , ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both
    Greek and English
    .
  • Strong leadership and coaching mindset — able to inspire and guide others.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and proactive personality with a strong sense of accountability.
