Sales Executive

Location: Thessaloniki

Position Summary

The Sales Executive, based in Thessaloniki, will support the growth of the leisure and event segments of Eagles Resort by identifying partner needs, craft tailored proposals, and building lasting relationships with event planners, individual clients, and key leisure accounts. The role also contributes to event sales by coordinating corporate and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand leisure and FIT sales through regular communication with travel agents, partners, and clients
  • Create customized rate proposals, seasonal offers, promotional packages, and Banquet Event Proposals (BEPs)
  • Monitor allotments, availability, and partner performance to maximize revenue
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and property tours for leisure and event clients
  • Support event sales by coordinating corporate and social functions, preparing proposals, and collaborating on pricing, menus, and sales budgets
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all event details are communicated effectively to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry or relevant sales department
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language
  • Availability to travel as required
  • Strong business acumen, industry knowledge and exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results
