KIDOT is hiring

KIDOT, the creative team that organizes the KIDOT Festival, the largest festival for children and families in Athens and Thessaloniki, along with a series of creative onsite and online projects, is looking for a dynamic Business Development & Client Relations Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by approaching potential clients to participate as sponsors, supporters, or partners in KIDOT Festival and other company creative projects.
• Research market opportunities and present appropriate sponsorship and promotional proposals.
• Understand client needs and create tailored solutions that promote their products and services in a creative and distinctive way.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourcing teams of KIDOT team(marketing, production, creative, content) to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, industry insights, and competition and create effective reports with certain proposals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to develop tailor-made proposals.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent command of Greek and very good command of English.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in events, festivals and marketing-oriented projects.
• Familiarity with brands that target families and children.
• Experience creating sponsorship packages or promotional activations.
