Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping accurate records. You'll focus on offering personalized solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored support
  • Consistently ensure a positive customer experience and uphold quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
