Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for users across various channels. Whether assisting with account access, payment issues, or general product inquiries, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, friendly support via chat and email

  • Assist users with login issues, account questions, and service-related inquiries

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all support cases

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
