Γενική περιγραφή θέσης εργασίας:

Ο/Η HR Manager είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη στρατηγική και την καθημερινή διαχείριση του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού της εταιρείας. Στόχος του ρόλου είναι η προσέλκυση, ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση εργαζομένων, η ενίσχυση της εταιρικής κουλτούρας και η εξασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική νομοθεσία. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης λειτουργεί ως βασικός συνεργάτης της Διοίκησης, συμβάλλοντας στην οργανωτική ανάπτυξη και στη δημιουργία ενός υγιούς, παραγωγικού και θετικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση πολιτικών HR (προσλήψεις, αξιολόγηση, εκπαίδευση, ανάπτυξη).

  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή HR στρατηγικών ευθυγραμμισμένων με τους στόχους της επιχείρησης.

  • Διαχείριση διαδικασιών επιλογής προσωπικού και onboarding νέων εργαζομένων.

  • Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης.

  • Παρακολούθηση της συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική νομοθεσία και τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές της εταιρείας.

  • Παρακολούθηση και ενίσχυση θετικού και παραγωγικού εργασιακού κλίματος

  • Υποστήριξη διοίκησης σε θέματα εργατικού δικαίου και κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης.

  • Διαχείριση των πολιτικών αμοιβών, παροχών και συστημάτων αξιολόγησης απόδοσης.

  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη των στελεχών σε ζητήματα HR.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οργάνωση & Διοίκηση ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Άριστη γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και ηγεσίας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office.

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στο Human Resources Management ή σχετικό πεδίο. (επιθυμητό)

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία εμπορίου/διακίνησης/λογιστικής αλυσίδας. (επιθυμητό)
